Please indicate below the classes you will be undertaking (You can make multiple selections for each child):
CLASSICAL BALLET CLASSES- Please note that it is compulsory for COMPETITION students to be enrolled in a Ballet class. Competitive Dancing requires technique to be firmly established, therefore, competition students must be enrolled in a Ballet class at TNT Dance Studio.

EXAMINATION CLASSES- Classes for students that are designed for annual examinations with ADA or CSTD DO NOT PERFORM IN THE CONCERT UNLESS THEY ARE PRE-PRIMARY, PRIMARY OR GRADE 1 LEVEL (unless specified). All other classes perform in the Concert with the exception of Adult Tap. In the event of a Showcase performance all classes will perform.

Students who enrol from week 3 of the dance term will receive a pro rata invoice.

Other Class:

Private Tuition: Senior Teacher 30min $35, Junior Teacher 30min $25, OR Student Teacher 30min $15 (private lesson fee is inclusive of a $5 Studio hire fee)

PAYMENT IS NOT REQUIRED WHEN COMPLETING THIS FORM.

ON ACCEPTANCE OF ENROLMENT AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT CONFIRMING ENROLMENT. AN INVOICE WILL BE ISSUED FOR PAYMENT OF CLASSES DURING WEEK 2 OF THE TERM.
