Aikido Classes
Sensei Jeanie Benson a 4th Dan and Senior Instructor of Aikido Shinryukan NZ is inviting new kids and their families to the Henderson Dojo. Each class covers the basics of Aikido, self defense, discipline and mindfulness - but fun is never forgotten with at least one class game every time! Classes run on Mondays at 5:40pm term time and kids from 6 years to 12 years train together, learning to co-operate, care and work with younger/older students. Come join us at in the Main Hall at 96 Swanson Road, Henderson. Cheap courses with quality instruction for term 4. $70 per term per child. No hidden costs.
