Required fees for ALL Dancers
These are tentative competitions for the 2023 - 2024 seaon. We will announce final decisions by September.
I agree that payment for each month will be paid by automatic withdrawal the first week of each month from September 2023 through May 2024. I agree to pay any fees resulting from failure to get withdrawable payment. I understand that there is no credit or refund for lessons missed.By registering with K&C’s FAB 5 clogging studio I agree to be supportive of the directors and teachers choices of music, choreography, and costumes. I understand that K&C’s FAB 5 Studio has the right to refuse their services to anyone for any reason.I understand that if I choose to participate in a competition team I agree to the following: I agree to attend every practice, performance, and competition. If I miss practice the week before competition I understand K&C’s FAB 5 Studio has the right to bench me from the upcoming event. I understand that K&C’s FAB 5 Studio has the right to keep a student from competing or performing if they feel that the student is not prepared. I understand that summer camps along with competing the All Around Solos are required and that the fee’s pertaining to competition and camps are non- refundable.As a parent (or student) I understand that there is a risk of injury or acquiring any illness while participating in any activities offered with K&C’s Fab 5 Studio. “Activities” include all in-house activities, as well as off-site activities, including, but not limited to conventions, competitions, dress rehearsals, recitals, etc… I agree to release and hold harmless and forever discharge K&C’s Fab 5 Studio, its officials, faculty and staff, agents, other employees or volunteers from any actions, suits, damages, claims or judgments that may result from personal injury that I or my child sustains while on the premises of Ziegfeld Arts Academy and at all off-site activities offered to your child. In case of injury or illness, I give permission for the above child(ren) to be transported to and receive medical treatment at a medical facility, and I guarantee the payment of all expenses incurred for such transportation and treatment.K&C’s Fab 5 Studio rents from Ziegfeld Arts Academy, which gives Ziegfeld Arts Academy the right to remove any items left at the studio. You understand that K&C’s Fab 5 Studio is not responsible for anything lost or stolen.

AutumnFest: November 4, 2023 (required for all Beginners through Pro dancers)

Nationals: May 10-11, 2024 for Champ and Pro dancers
