Annual membership is collected each year in the fall.

Fee structure:
- $200.....Annual membership, includes all meetings (early bird $175 only through 10/15 /25)
- $1000...Institutional annual membership (up to five members of the organization can attend each meeting)
Non-Member Per-Meeting Rates
- $40.00 individual meeting fee
- $20.00 individual meeting for new practitioners (less than 5 years)
- $10.00 Student/guest who accompany a LERA member meeting fee (1x annually per individual)

2. Mail- Print the completed form (click on 'Print Form') and mail it with your check, made out to Philadelphia LERA.
