You are ordering personal Real-ID complaint identification cards. These cards are for the personal identification of a single individual only. They are created for private use only. They are NOT designed to be used to impersonate ANY type of official goverment-issued identification for banking, security, or travel; even though they accurately display lawful, relevant, and actual government-corroborated information about the subject. These cards are used for educational purposes only.

Our design includes a hologram background and the magnetic strip IS SWIPEABLE!

The undersigned customer now holds harmless and indemnifies the Wesley Keith Mullings Trust and all of its officers, principles, affiliates, vendors, and assigns for any legal or lawful actions taken against the customer by any third party in connection with the order undertaken with this request.

The Wesley Keith Mullings Trust is not responsible for errors and omissions that occur on this form WITHOUT correcting such within 72 hours of the customer receiving graphics proof of their order. If no approval is received after 72 hours, the order will process normally with all data and information intact as entered on this form.

Data collected on this form is not shared, dsitributed, sold, or otherwise exposed or offered to parties outside of the Wesley Keith Mullings Trust for any reason, under any circumstance or condition whatsever. Files uploaded are purged (deleted) after the identity cards are received by the customer.

Delivery may vary, but will typically occur within 7-10 business days after emailed proof approval.

1JUN21: We now have a HOLOGRAM LAYER! This feature is KEY in anti-counterfeit measures and security concerning your cards! As can be expected, this includes a significant cost to the production of the card design in total. While this applies directly to your first card pair's cost, this dilutes quickly with additional members of your Trust, household, tribe, or PMA that those additional members make for a reduced production cost per member when totalled. The additional cost will show as "design" in your order. It cannot be avoided. 

We also have the ability to PROGRAM THE MAGNETIC STRIPE! This will make your cards SWIPEABLE--a feature that no other private identification card can offer to date!

Also, we have adjusted our default design to improve the visible readability of your cards. It will make for a better interaction with agents and agencies that demand your credentials and will attempt to VALIDATE the information printed!

10JUL20: Today, we realized an ERROR in our earlier designs. Specifically, replacing 8 USC 1101(a)(3) with the actual penal code that protects Nationals, 18 USC 112(c)!

This is EXTREMELY important when it comes to being able to warn agencies and agent from acting against the holder from mistreatment and criminal activity against their body and property!

As a result, we have changed our core design to include this law into the card's design. Previous cardholders have been contacted to give them notice of the change so they can have the option to update their cards.

Also, we have learned that the USPS is now allowing street addressing for PO Box holders! This is important for several daily commerce purposes! This new feature will be used automatically when PO Box addresses are submitted for an order.

22APR20: Today, we added more US Codes that validate the card bearer's true status and standing. These statutes CLEARLY define the bearer's identification as a "national of the United States" and NOT to be mistaken as a "United States Citizen"!

Amazingly, the two additional codes are TITLED to explain the protection of such individuals, and the punishments of those who would threaten physical violence against such individuals!

Interpret these codes as you comprehend them!

4MAR20: Today, we finally answer a question many have posed about these cards -- "can you use these cards as valid identification to board an airplane?"

The answer is NOT BY ITSELF. The reason for this lies with the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and is explained on their website. The TSA operates with its own set of rules and regulations that govern access to air travel.

A way to deal with this limitation is to carry an approved set of documents ALONGSIDE these cards to gain access to your flight or re-enter the country. ***HINT: We suggest you obtain a US Passport card*** The documents that are required to create these cards ought to be sufficient to prove your identity to agents (authenticated Certificate of Live Birth, authenticated affidavit of identity, authenticated oath of allegiance). Keep a certified and true copy in a protected sleeve and in your possession when presenting proof of identity to agents.

NOTE: If you are interacting with an organization that does NOT directly conform to the TSA's requirements, you are risking missing your flight, being denied access back into the country, or even being detained for fraudulent documentation! We simply suggest you not only research our cards, but theirs as well. Stay aware and stay safe!

20JAN20: Today, we changed the back of the design to include public county recordings. This gives your card the required public notice that validates the data on your card--notary endorsement provides witness and validation to the facts presented on your card.

It also gives the location of these public notices for any and all offices and actors to readily research and verify to their satisfaction. 

You can also choose which flag you wish to present on your card. 

17DEC19: Today, we have waited for the NAC website to recover and operate properly for 5 months now, to no avail. Now that we are using Google Plus Codes for our locations, we have deleted the NAC code option of finding your location from our application and designs.

27NOV19: Today, we added the gold star that many states are adding to their RealID designs. Even though our card is not designed to be used as a driver's license (as it does not address LICENSING requirements or authority), we felt the need to add this as a preparatory step in closing opportunities for denials in commerce in case this emblem was needed or expected.

9NOV19: Today, we added Google Plus Codes into our location field for addressing. We use this to maintain our global location without adhering or being inadvertently sucked into residency using Federal Zoning when giving our mail locations.

1NOV24: Today, we adjusted a few things. We have stumbled upon two new validation features to improve on our ID card’s design to further make our private cards relevant and identifiable using your documentation and recordations:

• We have deciphered the unified state ID card/driver license card PDF417 code! Not only has the code been deciphered, but we realized the relevant fields that properly correspond to the requested fields when scanned by readers. What does this mean? When the card is scanned, it will expose your relevant validated documentation to agents that would investigate you using the same card.
• We have also deciphered the unified machine-readable coding for travel documents! This now makes your card a QUALIFIED TRAVEL document (MRTD)!

Combining the two coding schemas into the existing design, we are now able to make a few changes:

• We no longer need to display as much data on the face of the card. The same information is now relocated in the coding we described above in a manner that the investigative agency can get the proper data in a recognized and acceptable manner. The remaining data on the face of the card is minimalist.
• No matter what the scanning tool or method (magnetic stripe, PDF417 code, MRZ), the card represents you in digital format you will be represented just as accurately digitally as it is physically.
