Thanks for purchasing a gift subscription to the Spangalang Gang!

Here's What Happens Next: We'll either give you a physical Welcome Letter to give to the recipient or we can email you the Welcome Letter so that you can send it digitally (or we can do both). This letter will indicate the duration of the gift subscription as well as instructions on how to begin claiming the beer as well as how to be added to the reminder email list (we send out a reminder to all our members at the beginning of the month). Your card will be charged in the next business day or two. After the recipient has the Welcome Letter, they can begin claiming their beer immediately. The first "month" of the subscription is triggered when the recipient comes in to claim beer for the first time. This means, for example, if this gift is being given a month from now and the recipient can't make it in for a another month after that, all is well. The subscription period would start in 2 months, when the recipient was able to come in to the brewery and claim some or all of their first months beer haul. Spangalang Gang Terms: The services are intended solely for users who are 21 years of age or older, and any registration, use, or access to the services by anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited and in violation of these terms. If you signed up for a reoccurring subscritption, you consent to Spangalang Brewery charging $39.99 plus tax to the credit card provided for each monthly Spangalang Gang package. The Spangalang Gang is a perpetual subscription, the contents of which are assembled at the sole discretion of Spangalang Brewery. This subscription will continue indefinitely at the discretion of Spangalang Brewery and yourself. You have the right to cancel this subscription at any time without penalty, at which point Spangalang Brewery may not issue further charges on your credit card on file without additional future consent. If you purchased a subscription plan with a fixed timeline, the subscription will end at the end of that timeline and will NOT auto-renew.

Skipping a month: The recipient will have the option to provide us with an email address when they come in to claim their beer (or prior). We will send an email at the beginning of each month as a reminder that beer is ready to be picked up. In this email you will be presented with an opportunity to skip your upcoming Spangalang Gang package. If you do this, your card will not be charged for the month. If this is subscription with a fixed timeline, we'll simply add a month to the end. If the recipient does not respond with any changes within 24 hours of receipt of the preview email, the purchase will become final. To make any changes to the order, the recipient must reply via the form presented in the preview email. If they have not picked up the order by the last day of the month, they abandon the right to the package. Spangalang Brewery may sell, liquidate or dispose of your package at anytime beyond that date without compensation, refund, or future credit. All of this will be presented to the recipient in the Welcome Letter.

Requesting a Refund/Return: Should you decide to cancel the subscription prior to claiming any beer, AND you received a free crowler when you purchased the gift, $12 will be deducted from your refund amount. No refunds are allowed on pre-paid, fixed-timeline gift subscriptions. That being said, you are welcome to gift the subsctiption to a different recipient if desired.
