The Auburn-Opelika area is set to host the annual AHSAA State Championship Swim and Dive Meet on December 6-7, 2019 at the James E. Martin Aquatics Center on the campus of Auburn University.
NO EXPERIENCE is required to help volunteer and all roles will be inside. Volunteers will receive a Volunteer AO apparel item, lunch and/or dinner meal and plenty of water and other drinks throughout the time you help. We are asking volunteers to help with ticket taking and back-up timing for the meet. Back-up timers will be allowed on the pool deck and will be close to the action, no swimming or timing experience is needed.
Ticket takers will be provided all the necessary resources and information to make your role as easy as collecting money and handing a patron their admission ticket.
Interested in becoming a volunteer? Please complete the form and your information will be sent to Anthony Terling with AO Tourism.
Only select the days and times you can help with, even if it is one shift. If you can only work half a shift, please still sign up for a specific shift and let us know your availability in the comments section, below.
