APPEARANCE FEE - Miss Oregon's appearance fee will be invoiced to the organization upon finalization of booking with the Booking Manager

Mileage Fees

We request that Miss Oregon's round-trip mileage be covered by the organization or event requesting her appearance at the standard business mileage rate (based on the IRS published rate) which is 72.5 cents per mile.

Exceptions may be made, but must be approved by the Miss Oregon Booking Manager prior to submission of this form.
