A bed quilt is any quilt that can be used to give warmth or comfort. It may be any size - crib, lap, etc. A wall quilt is strictly for viewing.
If entry is of format 'Other', describe the item (placemat, runner, jacket, etc.) and how you would like it displayed (hanging, on a table, etc.)
