**NOTE** If you have more than one wrestler to register, please do them one at a time! When you have completed and paid for the first child, then start over again for the next one. WHERE: Reservoir High School, 11550 Scaggsville Rd, Fulton, MD 20759

DIRECTIONS: From I-95, take Rt. 216 West (exit 35B), school is approx 3 miles up on the Right.

WEIGH-INS: Saturday (11/28/09) from 5:00-7:00pm @ Reservoir High and Sunday (11/29/09) from 7:00-8:00am (weight class changes will NOT be allowed the day of the tournament)

START TIME: 9:30am on 5 Mats

ADMISSION: $5 - Adults, $3 - Students, Children 5 years and under are Free.

AWARDS: Trophies will be given to the top 4 finishers in each weight class.

ENTRY FEE: $20 if registered by Sunday, 11/15/09. After that date, the registration will be $25. Only the first 400 entries will be accepted! NO WALK-INS WILL BE ACCEPTED!

RULES: National Federation (modified) rules govern this tournament. Brackets are double-elimination from the quarterfinals on! Wrestlers can enter more than one weight class, but only one per division. There is no guaranteed rest between matches. All periods are 1-1-1 (Regulation OT -- 1, :30, :30, :30). Headgear is mandatory, singlets are recommended. Tournament director reserves the right to combine weight classes with less than 3 entrants.

Your wrestler's age will be determined as of the day of the tournament (11/29/09). Proof of age must be available if challenged.

I hereby give my child permission to wrestle in the 2009 Vipers "Mike Beck Memorial" Wrestling Tournament and release all sponsoring bodies (HCW, Inc., Howard County Recreation and Parks, Howard County Public School System, Reservoir High School Boosters Club, and any others that may apply), their officers, officials, tournament officials, committees, and referees from any and all liabilities or claims.
