1. All times MUST BE submitted in 24-hour clock format. Just like Airports, we DO NOT USE AM/PM TIME.
2. Excessive luggage may require a private vehicle booking.
3. We must be notified at the time of booking of any animals, including service animals.
4. In Nova Scotia, children are required to be in safety seats when in a vehicle; Children under a year old and 10 kg must be in rear-facing safety seat, up to 18 kg (40 lb) requires a front facing safety seat, and booster seat until 145cm (4’9”) OR nine years old. Child seats may be available for rent.
5. Customers that require accessibility services may require a private vehicle booking.
6. Please respect our effort to have scent-free vehicles.
