I understand ALL cats and kittens will be returned unless an agreement has been made with a HTTR representative, in that case I release my rights as the caregiver.*

I understand that I will have financial responsibilities for all cats/kittens being altered or removed from the property. Fee's may change based on our donations but will always include spay/neuter, rabies, distemper, and left eartip. Prices may range from $30-$60/cat. HTTR is happy to discuss financial assistance and options with you. We ask for funding to never be a reason you do not move forward with TNR.*

I understand that HTTR is not an extermination service and if I choose to have the cats removed from the property, I may not receive assistance and/or am giving up assistance from the organization in the future. If I realize TNR is the best practice for my location, HTTR may be able to provide assistance in the future with a pre-payment.*

I agree that ALL cats and kittens will be fixed from this colony in order to receive services and future assistance. I will continue to trap if some return or new cats show up. Failure to do so may result in new non-spay/neutered cats/kittens on the property. A colony that is unable to be managed, and HTTR not able to assist in the future.*

I understand that is my responsibility to keep any cat/kitten unable to be spay/neutered in a kennel, garage, shed, where they do not have access to the outdoors until they are of age/weight/health to be fixed. At no time will these cats/kittens be free-roaming.*
