  • All requests:

    1. Must be received no later than 14 days before facility use. There is no limit on how early a facility/room can be requested.  The earlier the better! 
    2. All facility requests are subject to modifications and approvals based on priority and availability.  Events may be modified, changed, location moved, or cancelled for a liturgical or parish situation. The pastor of the parish is the final authority on these matters.
    3. The facility/room must be restored to the same configuration and condition as it was prior to use. Trash must be taken to the dumpster, liners replaced in the trash can, tables cleaned, and floors swept.
    4. Normally, requests are approved no later than 1 week after submittal.

  • Please fill out the parish communication form.

    All communication requests must be received at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the first (1st) communication.

    For example:

    A ministry needs a bulletin announcement for Aug 10/11 & Aug 17/18 for an event that is Sat Aug 24, 2024.
    The request would need to be in 2 weeks before Aug 10; so July 27.
    We need the request 2 weeks before the first (1st) date of communication -- not 2 weeks before the event day. Thank you!
