Room Types…
Single Occupancy (Single Supplement Rate) = 1 person per Room
(1 Bed = Queen in Europe) 

Double Occupancy = 2 people per Room
(Each person will have their own twin bed)

Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required.

Passports are required to be valid for at least 6 months after the date of travel. Some countries require a full blank “VISA” page in the passport for stamping purposes. Any information provided on travel description pertains to US citizens only. Non-US citizens should check with the respective consulate of the country(s) to be visited for current entry requirements.

Reservations must be made in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. Your name on your invoice MUST match your passport.

Travel Insurance: Many people don't realize your US Health Insurance doesn't cover you in a foreign country. We recommend you purchase Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Travel Interruption,  Loss or Delay of Baggage, Medical Expenses and more. All prices are based on the rates of exchange in effect at the time of price quotation. In the event that the US dollar devalues, Soulful Travel Escapes reserves the right to increase prices accordingly. Your final invoice will reflect increases resulting from currency devaluation. 

Payment Plan…
A payment plan has been established for your convenience. We have set up your payments to automatically be deducted every 30 days based on the Room type, cost, and payment schedule defined at the time of booking.

Late Payments…
A Late Fee of $200.00 is due for any payments remaining due after the final due date.  Due to the time sensitivity of payment deadlines with the Travel Vendors – please call 800-925-6492 or email our office soulfultravelescapes@gmail.com for approval to make your overdue payment.  Late payments without advanced notice could cause your trip to be canceled (non-refundable and non-transferable).  Timely payments and communication are key!
