All sub-contractors must have a minimum of 2,000,000 General Liability Policy and a current Workers Comp Policy. That policy must list Weatherlock Roof Systems as the additional insured and have the following endorsements:

Please issue the GL and WC certificates of insurance listing RoofWiser LLC as the additional insured using the information below.

Any certs that are sent from contractor email or private email will be rejected, ALL CERTS MUST COME DIRECTLY FROM THE BROKER LISTED ON CERT OR CARRIER. 

All invoices submitted by Wednesday will be paid by Friday via direct deposit contingent on the following conditions being met.

1. All work must pass final inspection (if required)

2. All work pieces, spaces and areas must be clean and free from debris

3. All work deficiencies must be corrected to the satisfaction of Weatherlock Roof Systems.

4. All state licensing and insurance compliance requirements must be up to date.
