Teen Award Application
The St. Ann Council of Catholic Women is proud to sponsor the Teen Recognition Award, a monetary honor that has been bestowed upon dozens of the parish's high school seniors over the years. This prize is open to all high school seniors; participation in Life Teen is not a prerequisite. The application is blind-judged based on essays and recommendations from adults in the community. It is due March 21.
Each applicant:
- must be a high school senior graduating in May.
- must be a registered member of St. Ann as of August (or in the OCIT program).
- must fill out the application completely and follow the directions.
- need not include grades or standardized test scores.

Please ask three (3) adults to write a letter on your behalf recomending you for this award. They can not be family members, family friends, or neighbors. Reference letters need to be emailed to saccwteenaward2025@gmail.com before March 21, 2025. These letters are required for a valid application.

These references should know you well and be able to describe your leadership abilities, your level of responsibility and how you live your daily life. These people might include coaches, teachers, employers, youth ministers or ministry leaders.

Each reference should be from a different category, for example, one spiritual reference, one from school (a coach or teacher), and one community service reference.
