RE: HOLIDAY ARTISAN MARKET

Our location has changed to the Cross County Mall this year.

The items must be handmade or homemade.

To reserve your space, this online form MUST be completed by you.

Payment is not expected today but will be requested to be paid no later than November 1, 2022.

Day & Date of Event: Saturday, November 26

Time: 9:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.

Location: The Cross County Mall - Mattoon
- Artisan Fee: $50.00
- Includes an 10 X 10 ft space and 1 table.
- Additional tables can be brought by artisan as long as it fits in the 10 x10 space.
- Please specify if you will need electric in the space below asking about "Any questions or needs?"
- Bring your own extension cords.
- Registration will close November 1.
After the online form is filled out and submitted,

information will arrive in your email about set up and tear down times closer to the second week of October.
