Thank you for your interest in hosting an event in the City of Blue Ash. In order to provide you with the appropriate event application please complete the form below. A City representative will provide you with the appropriate application for your event within five business days of your submission being received.
Please take note of the following information when submitting this form:
· The form below is not an application, and submission of this form does not mean that your event has been accepted. Once received, individual event applications must still be submitted and approved within the appropriate time frames.
· Summit Park specific applications must be received by September 30th of the prior year due to the nature of park operations.
· Open booking for City of Blue Ash rental facilities begins November 1st of the prior year. Availability of certain facilities may become very limited after that date.
