Communication Request Form

If you would like an announcement to be published via the parish communication channels, please fill out this form.

All requests:

Must be received at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the first (1st) communication. For example: A ministry needs a bulletin announcement for two weekends (Aug 12/13 & Aug 16/17) for an event that is Sat Aug 26, 2023. The request would need to be in 2 weeks before Aug 12; so July 29. We need the request 2 weeks before the first (1st) date of communication -- not 2 weeks before the event day
Communications may be modified, changed, or cancelled for a liturgical or parish situation. The pastor of the parish is the final authority on these matters.
All messages are subject to editing because of limited space.
Normally, requests are approved no later than 1 week after submittal.
