Wastewater Quantity Adjustment Application
Eligibility

If you are a commercial customer of the City of Peoria, connected to the City's sewer lines, billed for wastewater discharge and can prove that a portion of your water use does not enter the City's wastewater system, you may be eligible for wastewater quantity adjustment.

Compliance

Commercial customers who are requesting wastewater quantity adjustment must show that a portion of the water, as measured by a water meter, does not flow into the City's wastewater system and complies with the City's Administrative Procedure (AP) 4-5 and City Code 25-120.

Should you decide to participate in the program, it will be the applicant responsibility to follow the process by first completing and submitting the application below and attachment as required.

In addition to this completed form, please attach the following:
- Proof of the applicant’s authority to represent the property
- A detailed description of the process you will or have implemented to measure, via meter, the portion of the water that does not and cannot flow into the wastewater system
- Data for thirty-six (36) months prior to this application that demonstrates measurability of the wastewater that does not flow into the City’s wastewater system
- Detailed plans and reports prepared, certified and signed by a professional engineer, showing and verifying the mechanical reliability of the metering process
