Use this ordering system to schedule your photo shoot and choose which service you will be needing for your listing

We will review your booking and confirm length of appointment necessary as soon as possible (usually within a couple hours on weekdays). We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

Photos will be fully edited and electronically delivered in 1 or 2 business day, bookings for Friday will be delivered by the end of the following Monday. Floor Plan will be delivered in between 1 or 3 business day.

Price based on sq. ft. If MLS or floor plan states larger sq. ft. there will be an additional charge. Price is for listing purposes. Additional fee for long term marketing purposes in which photos will be used for an extended period of time.

The company, Emotion&Light, owns the copyright to images. The agent and/or agency is purchasing rights to use images. Must pay in full before photos are electronically delivered.

Our standard service area is a 20 mile radius from Newton, MA after which we charge a travel fee. Please choose a city below, the travel fee will be calculated automatically. You can check our Coverage area and cost associated.

Other add-on

Cancellation with more than 24 hour notice - no fee

Cancellation with less than 24 hour notice - $75 fees
Cancellation within 2 hours of the scheduled time - $150 + travel fees
Late beyond 30 minutes or no-show - Full rate + travel fees

Late beyond 30 minutes to an appointment will be considered a no-show (since I might not have enough time to shoot the property before I need to move on to the next job or have the sun go down.) - full rate of the shoot including travel fees

Every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling but cancel fees must be paid in full before new date will be scheduled.

Once the images are processed, you will receive an email to fulfill payment. Once images have been uploaded and payment has been made your image collection link will be delivered.
