Grant request guidelines

To be considered for a grant, request must match the following:
- Nonprofit entity that serves within our Isaac Knapp district of northeast Indiana
- Request is for funding is related to any of the following: dental education, dental supplies, dental clinic, or dental care to an underserved population
If you are requesting funding for the purchase of toothpaste/toothbrush kits, we will direct you to submit an application for our Diane Velpel Community Program instead. Those applications are due in the fall.

*Amounts to be disbursed varies each year and is at the discretion of the grant selection committee and the resources available.
