• To fulfill my accountability obligations for an approved Scholarship by the Waitaha Charitable Trust
• That Waitaha Charitable Trust will profile and publicise all grant recipients on their website, social media, newsletters and reports where they see fit
• That all grant decisions made by Waitaha Charitable Trust are final
• That no reason for such decision wether approved or declined may be given
• That any funding received will be used for the purpose in which is was approved
• I will return in full any approved grant if I
  (a) withdraw or not commence this course 
  (b) change my subject of study that is not in the Health sector
  (c) expend the scholarship on other purposes
