DEPOSIT AND PAYMENT: Silverhatband Photography will officially reserve the CLIENT session once the agreement has been signed and a $50 non-refundable deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due on the day of the photoshoot. This deposit can be paid via Cash app and/or prefer to pay with a credit card.
WEATHER DELAY: Silverhatband Photography reserves the exclusive right to reschedule her photography session due to weather conditions. Silverhatband Photography will notify the CLIENT via email 24-48 hours in advance of the session if the session needs to be rescheduled due to weather conditions, including but not limited to rain, wind, snow, etc.
COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE: The photographs produced by Silverhatband Photography are protected by Federal Copyright Law (all rights reserved) and may not be reproduced in any manner without written consent from Silverhatband Photography. Silverhatband Photography owns all copyrights for any and all images produced in connection with this agreement, including the right to reproduce or publicly display such images, for any personal or commercial purpose, without compensation to CLIENT or notification to CLIENT before use. As the author of all images made hereunder, and as provided by law, Silverhatband Photography shall retain the copyrights in perpetuity, regardless of possession or ownership, digital files, or any other format of reproduction. Images displayed in the private galleries are in low resolution until chosen images are edited and replaced with high-resolution. The images will be enabled for download and purchase upon edited images being replaced. When sharing your photographs publicly, credit shall always be attributed to Silverhatband Photography. A print release may be given with digital files to print for personal use.
CULLING EDITING: After the photoshoot, each image is put through a careful selection process, where Silverhatband Photography selects images that meet her high standards of quality. Images with eyes closed, unflattering poses, and duplicate images are removed permanently. The CLIENT acknowledges that Silverhatband Photography retains complete control over the culling and editing process, and does editing on all delivered images in Adobe Lightroom.
The CLIENT is responsible for their own safety, the safety of those who accompany them, and the safety of each minor child accompanying them. The client agrees to retain custody and control of each child at all times during the session to avoid injury. On behalf of themselves and such children, CLIENT releases Silverhatband Photography from all claims and liabilities.
I have read and understood, and I agree to the terms and conditions listed above. I give my consent for images of myself and my minor children to be used for promotional purposes for Silverhatband Photography. Such uses include but are not limited to display on the website, printed materials, portfolio samples, and wall displays.
