*Semester payment includes $75.00 fee per semester for all day preschool & K-6, $50.00 per semester for ½ day preschool.
**The 10-month plan includes a 5% service fee.
***The 10-month automatic withdraw includes a 4% service fee.
ANY ACCOUNT NOT PAID BY THE 10TH OF THE MONTH OR 10 DAYS PAST AN AGREED UPON DUE DATE, WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 5% LATE FEE. THE TUITION AGREEMENT IS FOR THE ENTIRE SCHOOL YEAR WITH A MINIMUM OF A SEMESTER.
WE AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE TUITION SCHEDULE AND POLICIES.
I hereby affirm that I understand the financial obligations of this application and agree to take full responsibility for the payment of this account. If a student withdraws after the start of the semester, balance of the semester is due in full. Students intending to withdraw at the end of 1st semester parents/guardians must provide in writing an intent to with draw to the office at least 30 day prior to the start of second semester. Should I default, I agree to pay all cost of collections including collection agency fees, attorney fees and court fees. (Application not valid without a signature)
