    Enrollment Lottery Application for 2020-21 Admission
  • CCSC is accepting applications for students who will be entering grades 6, 7, 8, 9, or 10 in the fall of 2020. All applicants must be Massachusetts residents at the time of application.

  • Apply in 2 easy steps:

    1. Complete this application form
    2. Include an image or PDF of proof of Massachusetts residency dated within the past 60 days:
      1. a bill: gas, electricity,cable or water OR
      2. a rental/lease agreement or mortgage statement.

    Proof of residency must show the parent/guardian name and address where the applicant resides.

  • Please note:

    • Please submit one  application per child per year.
    • Go to www.ccscambridge.org/apply for application deadlines and information about CCSC.
    • Call the school at 617‐354‐0047 or email enrollment@ccscambridge.org with questions.
    • Any and all information requested by CCSC in this application, such as language spoken at home or race/ethnicity, is not intended and will not be used to discriminate.

  • Siblings share a common biological or legal parent. Children who live in the same household but do not share a common biological or legal parent are not considered siblings for the purpose of the lottery. The sibling preference for admission only applies to applicants whose siblings currently attend CCSC.
