Qualifying materials are required to validate that you are indeed affiliated with a media outlet that covers a topic that is relevant to the RV Industry and the Florida RV SuperShow and to provide insight on how the coverage will be used.

Please have your qualifying materials ready when you proceed with registration. Submissions without qualifying materials will be automatically rejected.  

Qualifying Materials: Two (2) forms of materials (published within the last month) to be submitted. Examples include:

1. PDF/JPG of published editorial with your name in the bylines, what the publication is, date published, etc. A letter from the editor/publication on the outlet masthead that outlines how you are being contracted to cover the show.
2. YouTube Page with at least 5 videos and 500 subscribers (please include the link) credited to your name and relating to the RV Industry and the Florida RV Supershow.
3. Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram with a minimum of 2,000 subscribers.
4. Article or blog post published within the past month with your byline. Online Media must also provide a recent monthly traffic report from an external web analytics service, like Google Analytics (or its equivalent), verifying the online publication gets 10,000 or more unique visitors monthly (UVM). The online publication must be previously established, independent (not a corporate blog) and regularly updated with original and current content. 
5. No badges required for 16 and younger.

Please note: your attendee badge will have whatever you enter in the Name on the Badge followed by your Company or Channel Name. Ie., if you don't want your full name listed on your badge, enter your first name only. Your company name is automatically listed from the Company Name field.

New for 2026 will be the Media-Manufacturer Mixer being held on Monday night before Industry Day. This is your chance to connect with manufacturers in one convenient location and gather specifics on the new models they’ll have on display—perfect for planning your Industry Day filming while networking with fellow creators and media. Please indicate on your registration if you plan to attend.

Maximum 2 adults per company or blog.

Self-promoting blogs and blogs that merely aggregate third-party content will not be considered. Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest sites, forums, crowd-sourcing sites, and user groups will not be considered for working media credentials. Please email traeanne@frvta.org with any questions.

All Media requests will be reviewed and you will be informed of your acceptance or denial. 

A photo ID will be required in order to receive the badges.  All media badges are to be picked up in the Florida RV SuperShow Registration Office during the following hours:

Monday, January 12, 2026, 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Industry Day:
Tuesday, January 13, 2026, 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Public Days:
Wednesday, January 14 - Saturday, January 17, 2026, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Sunday, January 18, 2026, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Photography/Video/Recording: No exhibit, performance or event presented at the Florida RV SuperShow shall be photographed, videotaped, broadcast or recorded for commercial use, sale or distribution of any kind unless approved in writing by Show Management.

No entity may supply, sell or resell any audio or video material of the Florida RV SuperShow without the express written consent of the Florida RV Trade Association.
