GENERAL INFORMATION
Part of the DFPA mission is to use the "transformative power of art to enrich the individual and connect communitites." Promoting the professional activities and accomplishments of DFPA community members plays a major role in delivering that portion of the mission. Help us stay up to date on your creative, professional, and academic output by filling out and submitting this form.
The DFPA Marketing & Communications Team (M&C) is seeking the following types of submissions on an ongoing basis. Submissions can be of recent, upcoming, ongoing, or future items:
•Event based submissions: concerts, album releases, exhibition openings, curatorial projects, performances, publication releases, etc.
•Project and Research based submissions: recent or upcoming sabbaticals, new or ongoing areas of research, project presentations, etc.
•Presentations/Participation: conferences and symposia, participation or moderating panel discussions; artist talks, etc.
•Publications: articles, exhibition catalogs or reviews, plays, performance or concert write ups, small press runs, etc.
•Collaborations and Partnerships between DFPA community members or programs and other LUC departments, local, national, and international institutions, nonprofits, or community-based organizations
•Social Justice, Sustainability, or Service oriented activities
•New Initiatives
•Professional/Academic Recognition: awards, grants, residencies, new appointments, tenure, internships at notable institutions, other significant milestones within your field, etc.

We welcome the submission of up to 3 high resolution images and one video link. If you have more visual materials to add, please mention it in the EVENT INFORMATION section of this form.
CHANNELS AND AUDIENCE
Please keep in mind that the DFPA operates multiple internal and external channels of communication that reach and target various overlapping audiences and publics. When submitting an item, you will be asked to identify the appropriate channel(s) and audience(s) for your submission.
REVIEW PROCESS
All submissions are subject to review and approval by M&C, which is comprised of student associates and administrative staff. Approved submissions may be edited for style and clarity or may be reformatted to fit social media platforms.
Please allow 5-7 business days for the review and publication process to take place. For ongoing or future items, the M&C will determine a publishing date that is most appropriate for our promotional schedule. As a curtesy, we will notify you of the status of your submission and send you a link of the published item for you to share within your own networks.
Please note that you may submit this form for either yourself, your academic program, a current student, or alumnus.
The DFPA M&C Team does not accept submissions from outside or third-party sources.
