Reservation Process:
- After completing the Community Room Request Form, you will receive a confirmation email of the submitted information.
- You will be contacted within 4 days about your request by email.
- If approved, the Fact & Fiction Department will then schedule a Community Room orientation to be completed one week before your reservation. The orientation will go over the expectations of use and available technology.
- Once the orientation is completed, you will be then issued a remote access door lock code to access the Community Room for your meeting. This is an express meeting room space, we cannot offer custodial or technology support for meeting room reservations. Your future scheduling of the room is dependent upon leaving the Community Room ready for the next reservation and alerting Library staff to any issues before your meeting ends.
