Video Lab Studio Training Form

Studio Certification Requirement
Please note: Access to the specialized production studios is strictly restricted to authorized users.
To ensure the safety of our community and the proper care of high-end equipment, all students must complete a formal training and certification process before they are granted access to reservation privileges for the following spaces:

• Tower 706 Sound Studio
• Tower 745a Color Grading Suite

Next Steps to Get Certified:
Submit This Form: Fill out your contact information and select the studio(s) you need training for below.

Attend Training: You will receive a confirmation email with a scheduled date and time for your in-person orientation.
Receive Authorization: Once your training is completed, you will be able to access the webcheckout Video Lab Studios reservation system.
