OFFICIAL RULES
Entries must be received before midnight, December 17, 2025. A winner will be announced each week beginning November 5, 2025, and a $1,000 gift card winner will be announced on December 18, 2024. Entrants will receive one chance to win for every $10 spent downtown.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. (A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.) OPEN TO US RESIDENTS, AGED 18 AND OVER.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be eighteen or over, and a legal resident currently living in the US. Employees and their immediate families of the DIB or participating merchants, vendors, committees or board are not eligible. One daily prize beginning 11/05/24 and ending on 12/17/24 will be awarded, and one grand prize will be awarded on 12/18/24. By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and to release the Sponsors and Administrators from any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this drawing.
TIMING: All receipts must be DATED showing that the purchase(s) was/were made between 12:00am CST on Nov. 5, 2025 and 11:59pm CST on Dec. 17, 2025 to be eligible to win a prize. Entries must be RECEIVED between 12:00am CST on Nov. 5, 2025 and 11:59pm on Dec. 17, 2025 to be eligible to win a prize.
ENTRY: Enter by submitting photographs of receipts of your purchases on this website, or by mailing a 3x5" postcard with your name, address, email and phone number clearly printed, to: Downtown Pensacola Improvement Board, 226 S. Palafox Place, Ste. 106, Pensacola, FL 32502.
During the entry period, submit photos of receipts for purchases made at businesses within the downtown Pensacola district with entry form. For each $10 spent on purchases in downtown businesses, you will receive one entry into the sweepstakes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, illegible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Purchases made outside of the Downtown Pensacola district are not eligible.
LIMIT: Up to one thousand (1,000) uploads per person, regardless of method or combination of methods of entry.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: Void where prohibited. Illegible, duplicate, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses, or receipts that do not match the entry information, will be disqualified. DIB, Merchants, Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for any lost, misdirected, stolen or undelivered entries. DIB, Merchants, Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for technical, network, electronic, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in the giveaway. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise this drawing, DIB reserves the right to cancel the contest, and select winners for prizes from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. DIB, Merchants, Sponsors and Administrators are not responsible for typographical errors in the contest site or these rules. DIB reserves the right to share entry information with Merchants, Sponsors and Administrators. Some prize options may be age restrictive so an ID may be required for pick-up.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: By participating in this promotion, you release DIB and participating merchants and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, directors, agents, advertising agencies and all others associated with the development and execution of this promotion from and against any and all injury, loss or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the promotion and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize, and you agree that these entities are not responsible for the condition of your purchases, nor any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the promotion and/or the awarding of any prize. By entering, you further agree that (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with the promotion, or any prizes awarded shall be resolved individually without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the sweepstakes, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain any reward for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased and any other damages, other than damages for actual out-of-pocket expenses.
WINNER SELECTION: The prize winners will be selected through a random drawing of all eligible entries. All drawings will be conducted and judged by DIB, whose decisions and interpretations of these Official Rules shall apply and be final. Winners will be notified via telephone number entered, and grand prize winner will be notified by email or phone within ten (10) days of contest end date. If any winner does not respond within ten (10) days, DIB reserves the right to randomly select an alternate winner from the names of all entries that did not win a prize. In order to receive a prize, winner may be required to sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release, and any additional information, waivers and releases that may be required. Winner will have ten (10) days to execute and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and/or Liability/Publicity Release, releasing DIB, Sponsors and Administrators from any claims, losses, injuries or damages of any kind resulting from participation in the contest or the condition, use or receipt of any prizes. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of any prize as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit their prize and DIB to reserve the right to select an alternate winner. Except where prohibited by law or regulation, winner's acceptance of prize will constitute permission for DIB, its affiliated companies, sponsors or prize donors to use winner's name, likeness, and statements for any purpose in reference to the giveaways without additional compensation, consideration or consent.
PRIZES: Merchandise provided by participating downtown Pensacola merchants, and Downtown Pensacola Gift Cards totaling $1,000, redeemable in participating Downtown merchant businesses. Gift cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another item.
The number of eligible entries received during the entry period determines the odds of winning a prize; the estimated odds are 1:10,000. DIB reserves the right to change or replace the prize at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable, assignable nor redeemable for cash. All Federal, State and Local laws and regulations apply. Winners will be responsible for all Federal, State or other applicable taxes in connection with the receipt of prizes.
