If you need to save your progress and complete the form at a later time, click the "Save and Continue Later" button at the bottom of the form. Choose "Skip Create an Account" on the first screen. Enter your email address on the second screen, and select the "Send Link" button. You will receive an email with a link to resume your work in progress. This link will be active for 90 days.
Note: Please refer to the UT Advancement email calendar before selecting dates. Requested dates should correspond with the appropriate email category for that day of the week.
Requested send dates must be a minimum of 1 week from the date you submit this form. Last-minute requests will be accommodated by the OE team once per fiscal year per unit. Special approval will be required for additional emergency requests.
Note: If six days or less, submission will be considered an emergency request and will require special approval.
Note: Email copy must be pre-approved by your internal stakeholders before submitting this request form. The OE team reserves the right to adjust text to meet university and UT System brand standards.
Note: ANDI reports should include the columns ID Number, Record Type, First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Email Score, and Solicitation Control Code.
