Vendor space openings are extremely limited. We're particularly interested in new and innovative uses, designs and ideas for wool and natural fibers and other related products. We accept on a rolling waiting list basis. The jury committee accepts new vendors based on what is needed year to year to satisfy our desire for a wide variety of product offerings.

All vendors are required to have liability insurance to participate in the Festival. Please review the Sample COI on our Vendor List page to see requirements.

Note: Intent to participate in the 2024 Fiber Festival may still be juried by Eastern States Exposition & New England Sheep & Wool Growers Assn. 2024 Rules for participants are subject to change.
