• Mission Request, for Building Use and Communication

    Please complete ALL questions.
  • Thank you for requesting to use space at one of our campus buildings.  

    To enable best coordination and service, please submit this request form at least two weeks prior for a simple meeting, earlier if possible. Multi-week and major events require more advanced planning so four-six weeks plus is preferred. All requests are summited through Pastor Brian and Graham Brenna your Mission Liasons.

    Room Assignment: To best provide for your activity and others, the facilities staff will review the informaiton you provide to help select an appropriate space for your meeting or event. If you have a specific space in mind feel free to request it and we will do our best to accomodate your request. 

    Times: For simple meetings please indicate the earliest time you will need to arrive for set-up and the latest time you will be in space for clean up. You will note these in start and end time.  The assigned room(s) may not be available before this time due to other activities or preparation. For larger or more involved activities/events more specific questions will be asked on this form.

  • Special Equipment Needs

    If you have any audio visual requests it is extremely important for you to contact Chris Brown at 630-355-2522 ext 4241 or chrisbrown@oursaviours.com. There are a lot of options for your use from TV's with HDMI connection to Projectors and sound systems.  Please contact Chris at least a week or two prior to your event to talk through your needs, so we can make sure the right equipment is available and if necessary show your team how to use it. 

  • If there is a COST associated with the event (needing reimbursement or due to registration fee) please contact Kathy Clolinger accounting@oursaviours.com for procedures, or speak to Pastor Brian or Graham Brenna.

  • Event/Program/Need, Communication Details

    The Communication Team will reach out to the Mission Contact regarding all requests
  • Before you make a communication request, here are some guidelines when it comes to communication.

    • Simple Facts - figure out who, what, where, when, why and how so the audience doesn't have to.
    • Clear Communication - avoid insider language and acronyms so everyone understands what is being said.
    • If there is a sign-up and or fee, be sure to explain how they do that.
    • Who is the target audience - children, teens, adults, seniors, families etc.
    • Keep it short - the Communication Team will help edit it down if necessary.
    • Remember the deadline for Weekly Connection is Tuesday's at noon and for Slides before and after worship Thursday's at noon.
  • For communication questions contact Pastor Brian or Debbie Montrose at debbiemontrose@oursaviours.com and they can help you determine what kind of publicity you may need, if any.
