Mainstay Farm has a fun birthday party package available for our younger farmers! 

The party package includes a private 2 hour structured play tour of the farm for up to 50 guests (children over 2 - adults). Your party host will guide your group from activity to activity throughout the farm, concluding with 20 minutes for celebration at our covered picnic area. We are no-decoration facility - no mess, no fuss, just good, old fashioned farm fun! 

Birthday Party Package Base Price: $475

A $100 deposit is required to hold your reservation, with the remaining balance due on the day of your party. Deposit becomes non-refundable if event is cancelled less than 10 days from the scheduled party date.

• Visit with Farm Animals

Important to Remember:

• For adults attending, wine service is available for an additional fee. Please call for this add-on. 817-295-6772.
• The farm is not open to the public during your party. As such, no food or retail locations will be open at that time. 
• Because your time to eat is limited, we advise that you keep food and drink very simple - more time eating will mean less time playing!
• All farm activities are outdoors; no indoor facilities are available during your visit, with the exception of our onsite restrooms.
• In the event of inclement weather, you have the option to reschedule your party or cancel with no fee.
• Any non-weather-related cancellations must be made 10+ days from the date of the event, or otherwise be subject to forfeiture of the event deposit.
