I hereby grant permission to the Thurgood Marshall College Fund and its employees, partners, contractors and agents (“TMCF”) to use my name, image and likeness (collectively, “Likeness”), regardless of the medium in which said Likeness is displayed, which includes, without limitation, photographs, video, video productions, social media platforms, press releases, media advisories, op-eds, statements and/or in other publications published or otherwise disseminated by TMCF (“Publication”). I further grant TMCF the right to crop, treat, edit or otherwise alter my Likeness, as well as edit quotes or other statements from me as may be determined necessary by TMCF, it its sole discretion and without the need of additional permission from me. Finally, I acknowledge and agree that TMCF has no obligation to use my Likeness or statements in any Publication disseminated by TMCF and the decision whether to use my Likeness or statements, in whole or part, is within TMCF’s sole discretion. I also understand that once my Likeness is posted on TMCF’s website or other medium of transmission or display, the image may be subject to being downloaded by a third-party computer user. Therefore, I hereby agree to waive and release any and all claims that I may have against TMCF, whether known or unknown, matured or unmatured, for any third-party copying, downloading, alteration or other manipulation of my Likeness whether taken from TMCF’s website, a Publication or some other medium of transmission or display.
