Once I have reviewed your form, I will reach out via email to discuss further, book a consultation meeting and/or an appointment. Please note that the information and photographs you provide herein are treated as confidential and never shared with others unless professional consultation with a colleague is necessary. Where would you like to place your new tattoo on the body? I do not tattoo the inside of fingers (but I'm fine with knuckles), palms, Achilles tendon, or the soles of feet. Additionally, while I am fine to orient script and small symbols towards you/facing upwards/facing you, I do not orient my illustrations in this manner. If you need further clarification on this point before submitting your form, please send me a DM on Instagram. *
Please attach clear, well lit photos of the placement area. They are required in order to properly design your tattoo in consideration of your unique structure.*

A retainer of $200 + tax is required in advance to start drawing your concept/secure flash designs, and to book your appointment. Large scale projects (full back, leg or arm sleeves etc) require a retainer of $300-500.00 + tax prior to booking sessions. Retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE. I will send you the link for the retainer upon accepting your project.*
