Regular Delivery

...applies to most orders to be delivered within Toronto (exclusive of the GTA) placed any day or time before 11AM of your chosen delivery date. Delivery time is typically 1 to 5pm for businesses, 1 to 6pm for residences, and 1 to 3pm for schools. With some exceptions, "Regular Delivery" is used unless otherwise specified by you.

Best Method (typically expedited which may incur additional fees)

...is often required when your flowers "just have to get there against all odds." Allow us to determine the best method required to ensure your floral gift reaches {recipientName}, based on our experience and the time your order is placed. Or, if you prefer a specific delivery timeframe, tell us! Additional fees or surcharges may apply.
We offer delivery Monday to Saturday. Sunday delivery is available on certain floral holidays such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Passover.

Delivery fees start at $12 and are based on geographical location, delivery date, and time sensitivity (which may require expedite courier). Standard city-wide delivery ranges from $16-$20. GTA delivery ranges from $22-$36
Call Ahead Service

It is our practice to call each home, office, or place of delivery to confirm that your chosen delivery date is a date that works for {recipientName}. This allows us to verify directly with every recipient that all delivery details are correct (and make any changes prior to the first delivery attempt, saving your money and everyone's time).

Please note: We understand that the element of surprise can be a wonderful thing when it comes to flower delivery.

However, we urge you to consider otherwise; when you request a "surprise them/do not call ahead" delivery, damage by sunlight, snow, frost, rain or prolonged transport may occur before your flowers reach your recipient. What if no one is home and temperatures plummet to bone-chilling minus 20C or linger at a sweltering 35C?

At the driver’s discretion, your gift may be left with a (possibly) friendly neighbour (yet, for how long!?) or brought back to our shop’s cooler for overnight storage. What if your friend nipped out of town for the weekend without telling their concierge?

Terrain Flowers is not liable for miss-delivery or re-routing costs whether caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses, "leave at the door" instructions, or absences such as vacation/business trip/leaving work early/dog walking.

For everyone's peace of mind, it is always best that the recipient is called in advance and all address details are confirmed!
