You are invited to apply to be a vendor at the 3rd Annual Front Street Christmas Market in Downtown Arlington, Texas, on December 7-8, 2024.
The Front Street Christmas Market at Knapp Heritage Park is located in the Heart of Downtown Arlington!

We will accept vendor applications until all spots are filled.
Vendor Booth Fees
$175 10x10
$350 10x20
Corner Booth add $100
All booth fees include electricity.
Only accepted vendors will be notified by email after application has been received and reviewed.
Please be sure to also check your spam folder for acceptance email.
Email will have all payment information for vendor to pay and confirm their spot in the Front Street Christmas Market.
Accepted vendor booth fee is due upon receiving acceptance email to confirm your spot.
All booth spaces are sold on a first to pay bases until all spaces have been sold.

Food Vendors
10x10 booth space $275

Food vendors retain 100% of all sales.
All food vendors will provide their own electricity.
We will accept a limited number of food vendors. Food vendors are confirmed on a first to pay bases.
Please note: If you do not carry a Tarrant County annual food permit, you will have to register with the City of Arlington for a temporary food permit, cost is $150 and paid to the City of Arlington.

Rules/Regulations
Check-In:
Vendor check in and set up will start at 8am Saturday December 7, 2024.
All vendors must check in before setting up.
Set Up:
Vendor set up on Saturday December 7, 2024, from 8:00am-11:30am
Vendors will be able to drive up to their booth to unload. Vendors must unload and remove vehicle from area before setting up tent and display.
Market Hours:
Saturday December 7, 2024 12:00pm-7:00pm
Sunday December 8, 2024 11:00am-4:00pm
Market Rules:
Accepted vendors booth location is at sole discretion of show promoter.
All vendor placements are final, please do not ask to be moved.
Front Street Christmas Market is an outdoor event all vendors MUST have a tent. Vendors will provide their own tent and all display materials.
All tents must be weighted down with a minimum of 50lbs per leg.
All vendors MUST be open all hours of event.
Vendors may only sell the products in which they are accepted.
Absolutely no booth sharing.
Front Street Christmas Market is a rain or shine event.
10x10 tents can be rented for $350 if needed.
Load-Out:
Absolutely no loading out before the festival ends.
Load-out will begin at 4pm close of show Sunday.
All vendors must be completely broken down before being allowed to bring vehicle in.
No vehicles will be allowed into the festival footprint until all patrons have been cleared.
Anyone in violation of following these rules, will not be invited back to participate at the Front Street Christmas Market.
Sales:
Vendor retains 100% of all revenue from sales.
Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying all taxes. City of Arlington sales tax is 8.25%.
Security: The Arlington Police Dept. will be on hand providing 24hr security throughout the event.
Moya Art Events Booth Fee Refund Policy:
With documented reasons for cancellation, MAE will offer refunds starting after the first day of purchase and up to 45 days (October 23, 2024) prior to the opening day of the festival. Refunds are issued by check and will be mailed to the artist's address provided in application. All refund requests must be submitted by email to steve@moyaartevents.com with a brief explanation for cancelation. Up to 45 days prior to Festival opening date- for booth fee refund (corner if paid for) less $50 admin fee.
No refunds are given after 45 days prior to the festival opening date. No exceptions will be given for any reason.
Legal Agreement:
§ Force Majeure
In the event of inclement weather, or for any reason whatsoever that the Front Street Christmas Market is delayed, postponed, resceduled, rained-out or unfeasible by any act or regulation of any public authority or bureau, civil tumult, strike, epidemic, pandemic, emergencies, acts of God, or any other cause or causes beyond the control of Steve Moya/Moya Art Events, the VENDOR agrees that there shall be no claim or action against Steve Moya/Moya Art Events. Attendance is not guaranteed and no refund of VENDOR participation fees will be given for any reason.
§ Indemnification
The VENDOR shall release, indemnify, and hold harmless Steve Moya/Moya Art Events, the City of Arlington, Texas, all sponsoring organizations and all trustees, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, damages, settlements, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of injuries to persons or damages to property directly and exclusively resulting from said VENDORS actions and participation in the Front Street Christmas Market. Steve Moya/Moya Art Events or any subsidiary thereof will not be responsible for any kind of injury sustained by participants or guests while in attendance.
By submitting this electronic application, it indicates that you have read, understand and have accepted the rules in their entirety, agree to follow all rules and policies as outlined in this document and/or any addendum thereto.
