    The Front Street Market at Knapp Heritage Park is located in the Heart of Downtown Arlington!

     Important Information

    We will accept vendor applications until all spots are filled.

     

    Only accepted vendors will be notified by email after application has been received and reviewed.

    Please be sure to also check your spam folder for acceptance email.

    Email will have all payment information for vendor to pay and confirm their spot in the Front Street Market.

    Accepted vendor booth fee is due upon receiving acceptance email to confirm your spot.

    All booth spaces are sold on a first to pay bases until all spaces have been sold.

    Food vendors retain 100% of all sales.

    All food vendors will provide their own electricity.

     

    We will accept a limited number of food vendors. Food vendors are confirmed on a first to pay bases.

    Please note: If you do not carry a Tarrant County annual food permit, you will have to register with the City of Arlington for a temporary food permit, cost is $150 and paid to the City of Arlington.

    Rules/Regulations

    Check-In:
    Vendor check in and set up will start at 7am Saturday of the market.
    All vendors must check in before setting up.

    Set Up:

    Vendor set up 7:00am-8:30am

    Vendors will be able to drive up to their booth to unload. Vendors must unload and remove vehicle from area before setting up tent and display.

    Market Hours:

    9:00am-1:00pm

     

     

    Market Rules:

    Front Street Market and Front Street Christmas Market are rain or shine events.

    Accepted vendors booth location is at sole discretion of show promoter.

    All vendor placements are final, please do not ask to be moved.

    Front Street Market and Front Street Christmas Market are outdoor events. Vendors will provide their own tent, table, chairs and all display materials.

    All tents must be weighted down with a minimum of 50lbs per leg.

    All vendors MUST be open all hours of event.

    Vendors may only sell the products in which they are accepted.

    Absolutely no booth sharing.

    Any amplified sound must be kept at a bare minimun volume as to not disturb neighboring vendors.

     

     
    Load-Out:
    Absolutely no loading out before the market ends.
    Load-out will begin at 1pm close of show.

    All vendors must be completely broken down before being allowed to bring vehicle in.

    No vehicles will be allowed into the festival footprint until all patrons have been cleared.

    Anyone in violation of following these rules, will not be invited back to participate at the Front Street Market.

    Sales:
    Vendor retains 100% of all revenue from sales.
    Vendors are responsible for collecting and paying all taxes. City of Arlington sales tax is 8.25%.

     

    Security: The Arlington Police Dept. will be on hand providing security throughout the event.

     

    Moya Art Events Booth Fee Refund Policy  

    There will be no refunds given for cancellation. If a vendor cancels a show, booth fee will be moved to the next show (excluding the Christmas Market). Booth fee transfer will only be allowed two consecutive times, after that vendor forfeits booth fee.

     

    Legal Agreement:

    §  Force Majeure

    In the event of inclement weather, or for any reason whatsoever that the Front Street Market and/or Front Street Christmas Market is delayed, postponed, resceduled, rained-out or unfeasible by any act or regulation of any public authority or bureau, civil tumult, strike, epidemic, pandemic, emergencies, acts of God, or any other cause or causes beyond the control of Steve Moya/Moya Art Events, the VENDOR agrees that there shall be no claim or action against Steve Moya/Moya Art Events. Attendance is not guaranteed and no refund of VENDOR participation fees will be given for any reason.

     

    §  Indemnification

    The VENDOR shall release, indemnify, and hold harmless Steve Moya/Moya Art Events, the City of Arlington, Texas, all sponsoring organizations and all trustees, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, suits, actions, damages, settlements, and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising out of injuries to persons or damages to property directly and exclusively resulting from said VENDORS actions and participation in the Front Street Market and/or Front Street Christmas Market.  Steve Moya/Moya Art Events or any subsidiary thereof will not be responsible for any kind of injury sustained by participants or guests while in attendance.  

    By submitting this electronic application, it indicates that you have read, understand and have accepted the rules in their entirety, agree to follow all rules and policies as outlined in this document and/or any addendum thereto.
