Adoption fees of $180-$500 apply based on age, breed, health & veterinary care provided

*Adoption fees help us to continue saving lives & provide the best care prior to adoption. Half of your adoption fee (non-refundable) is due at the time of signing our contract (or in full, if you prefer, and the remaining balance is due the day the adoption is complete).
We will ONLY respond to chosen applicants, via email. Once your application is reviewed we will contact you to set-up a time for a meet & greet (unless the dog you are applying for is still in Puerto Rico) & go from there..

I UNDERSTAND THAT FALSIFYING ANSWERS ON THIS APPLICATION, OR AT ANY OTHER TIME DURING THE ADOPTION PROCESS DISQUALIFIES ME FROM ADOPTING. IF FOUND TO HAVE FALSIFIED INFORMATION AFTER AN ADOPTION HAS GONE THROUGH/COMPLETED, CSR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPOSES THE ANIMAL AND WILL REQUIRE THAT YOU RETURN THE ANIMAL TO US IN A TIMELY MANNER AND YOUR ADOPTION FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. FIRST RIGHT OF REFUSAL IS GIVEN TO CARIBBEAN SATO RESUE. DOGS ARE NOT TO BE DUMPED ON THE STREETS OR SURRENDERED TO ANY SHELTERS AND CSR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TAKE THE DOG BACK AND REHOME. NO DOG FROM CSR may be placed with another family without the prior consent of CSR. CSR requires a minimum of ONE photo & email update per annum., and reserves the right to check in on the dog at anytime. Microchip information will be registered to the new owner AND CSR for safety and security purposes. Do you understand? Yes or no*
