Thank you for interest in vending at the Radtastic Hoop Retreat!
We are looking for vendors with high quality, ideally handmade items that would be interesting to hula hoopers from age 19 - 50. We will predominantly have female identifying participants. We are full for hula hoop vendors.
You may set up from noon on Friday, tear down is Sunday afternoon. If you choose to join Saturday morning you must be setup by 9am. Closing circle ends at 4pm on Sunday and we do not have to rush off the property.
You are welcome to close your booth to attend workshops.
Our vendor village will be located in the field alonside the workshops. You must bring your own tent and booth setup. We will have volunteers on site to assist with setup/teardown. Booths will be unattended at night; there are 9 permanent camping residents who live on the property in a seperate RV zone. We expect no security issues and ask that no food or drink is left in the booths overnight because of local wildlife. If you want to pack up your stock overnight we will provide a volunteer to help you. The vendor area is accessible by car but no camping is allowed.
