The member agrees to abide by current data protection laws regarding any sensitive information to which they may be exposed. This includes, but is not limited to: Personal information, Playbooks, Schedules and club documentation.

NDAFC agrees to adhere to the Data Protection Act 2018. Any personal Data collected by NDAFC will only be used for the purpose of Administration within NDAFC and will not be disclosed to any external sources without express consent.

An exception to this may be data requests from the National Leagues, B.U.A.F.L and the British American Football Association - (B.A.F.A).

And in exceptions to above clauses in relation to criminal acts performed by NDAFC or any member as per UK law.
