Please use the below form to request a seating plan.

If you have more than one seating plan that you need building, then please submit a separate form for each plan. That allows multiple members of the team to be working on the requests and allows us to build your plans quicker.

Please note that we normally require two weeks to complete a new reserved seating plan, or one week for a new unreserved plan. Please let us know in the details below if you have specific time requirements.

Please provide documentation of the seating plan

So that we can design and code this seating plan for you, we need document(s) that show the layout of the venue, including the following things:

• The placement of all the reserved seats needed for the plan
• Row letters and seat numbers for all reserved seats
• Names and capacities of unreserved areas
• Where the stage or performance area is – if there is one!
• If there are multiple areas, where they're placed in relation to each other (e.g. where the Stalls are in relation to the Circle)

These diagrams are best sent to us either in PDF or Excel format. It doesn't really matter how they are provided as long as they show all of the above.

We can't start building a plan for you without all of the above so please do make sure that we have everything we need.

If you have any any other photos or diagrams of the space, please also feel free to upload those or send us a link to them as they can be useful in helping us make the plan as close to the actual venue layout as is possible.

Whenever you request a seating plan, we will always aim to have it finished and ready for use by the date that you need, bearing in mind the usual time restrictions as mentioned earlier. Please be aware however, that seating plan tasks can take varying amounts of time depending on their size and their complexity.

Once a seating plan has been assigned to one of the team, we will be in touch if we know it isn't going to be achievable to meet your ideal due date.
