All new employees will be on a ninety (90) day probational period. During this time you will be observed and rated on your performance. This also gives you time to get to adjust to our program.
Action Taken Towards the Termination of Employment
If the center finds that your dedication is not up to performance standard, you will be given a verbal warning to correct the problem. Some training and or assistance may be needed and will be provided to assist with change. After a verbal warning has been given and your performance or actions are still poor, you will be given a written warning. At this point, training and assistance will be mandatory to assist with a change in performance. If after both of these warnings fail, you will be terminated from employment with our center.
