Welcome to the 2025-2026 Basketball Coaches' Rules Clinic Video. This video, which is 35 minutes in length, was created by the MPA Basketball Rules Interpreter, T.J. Halliday. This video must be viewed by all basketball coaches and volunteers on staff prior to the start of the season. Each school's athletic administrator will receive an email notification once a coach has completed the video.
