About Our Grants:
Each year, the Nested Beads of Path community grant assistance raises funds to be distributed to organizations/persons that serve the LGBTQ+ community in accordance with our mission and values. Both established nonprofit organizations and emerging community-based organizations have received grants to support the important work they do. To date, almost $5,000 in grant funds has been distributed to a wide range of deserving organizations. Grants are awarded through an application process overseen by the NBoP/ATMP Grants Committee, with final selection determined by ATMP donors. Each grant is typically $300-$500 and the total number of grants is based on available funds.
What We Fund:
This year, the Nested Beads of Path community grant assistance will provide unrestricted general operating support. These grant funds can be used for any purpose determined by the grantee. We believe that general operating support funds will help to support the grantees’ sustainability, growth, and impact. This year, our process may include site visits, phone conversations, and emails as a follow-up to the application process.
Grantees will expected to provide a final report on the impact of their grant by May 1, 2020.
