To assure your water will be cut on and to avoid additional fees, check all faucets inside and out to assure they are in the off position (clockwise). Water cannot be left on if the meter continues to run.
If, for any reason, I am not at the premises during the time scheduled on the service order, I understand that an attempt will be made to have my water cut on.
Water personnel will allow a usage of 20 gallons maximum to go through the meter. After 20 gallons, the attempt will be terminated due to the possibility of faucets left open and/or damaged pipes.
In the event the water cannot be left on, a door tag will be left at the premises.
A service charge of $10.00 will be billed to the account for each attempt made to have water cut on.
