Terms & Conditions
I confirm that I hold a position of staff with the authority to authorise the booking of this Tantrum program at the stated School/Organisation.
Once you submit this form, a member of Tantrum staff will be in contact with you to confirm all details and provide a quote.
Once you confirm the quote, full payment of Workshop Fees is required at least 7 days in advance of the scheduled workshop (or first workshop in a series) to guarantee your booking.
Organisers should contact Tantrum Youth Arts to advise of any alterations in participant numbers for workshops in advance.
Cancellation by the School/Organisation:
Cancellation of a booking more than 7 days from the scheduled workshop will incur a $50 administration fee.
Cancellation of a booking less than 7 days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop will forfeit 50% of the cost on your booking confirmation/invoice.
Cancellation of booking less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop will forfeit 100% of the cost on your booking confirmation/ invoice.
Cancellation by Tantrum Youth Arts:
In the event that Tantrum Youth Arts cancels a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances, the Organiser will receive a full refund of amounts paid for the workshop.
Once confirmed, this booking is made on behalf of your School/Organisation with the understanding that the School/Organisation accepts liability to make payments on the due dates.
All workshop participants must follow safety instructions as we do not accept liability for personal injury.
Tantrum Youth Arts requests that teachers attend the workshop and actively supervise participants in collaboration with Tantrum’s Workshop Facilitator(s).
