Investment
How much can your school invest? A rule of thumb is that the shorter the timeline and the higher touch the service is in terms of involvement, the greater the investment. However, there are always ways to creatively work within budgets. For example, if you ideally want us on retainer to work with your school for a full school year but can’t invest in that, we could do one or more single, intensive days of work spaced out over several months. It will require more from your staff in between those work sessions to manage the project and deadlines which may take longer, but it will be more affordable. Additionally, if there is an extensive amount of travel involved, that will increase the expense. However, virtual options can be used to reduce costs. For any problem, the choice comes down to time or money.
Which do you have more of?
Also consider the cost of inaction. 3 months of intensive work instead of 1 year could be the difference in the number of students who benefit from a reform or the number who have to wait another year.
