* NOTE: There is a late fee of $40.00 plus $5.00 for each day beyond the 5th. **Rent paid after the 20th is charged an additional $100.00 fee.

Example: If rent is drafted on the 10th the total fees are $65.00.

Requests must be received 2 business days before the normal draft date.

Request will be reviewed and a confirmation will be emailed to you. Request is not approved until you received an email confirming. If you wish to stop your draft, change banks or have questions please call 501-247-7991.
